The bartender Mike Over at Pint and Brew, Was feeling down. Ya know, kinda blue. He asked me, "How come You didn't write us a poem?" I thought "I'm here all the time! I was driving down Tampa Rd and came across this bar in a plaza. This is a 32 tap craft brew bar. Like a house of beers. The have a shuffleboard table and one electronic dart board. Tables to accommodate at least 32 people, a sofa overlooking shuffleboard and a long bar. There are four TVs around the bar. There's a popcorn machine and an assortment of Kernal Seasons. This place offers flights for tasting. There is even handcrafted soda Right now I'm having a St Pete McCracken and its damn tasty. Maybe I'm partial to caramel beer because it is a Scottish Ale. Many on tap are local breweries. I'm having something from Escape Brewing next. Not a bad place. I don't know how crowded it gets though.

I'm not a beer aficionado by any means. I do not love it either, but probably because I do not know much about it. Stacy Z. & Sofia D., they are my go to experts. They can recite in their sleep, and dream a little dream of their favorite and salivate just thinking about it. They get it. Stacy Z. Asked me to go to Thirsty Dog Days. It didn't even click with me til the last minute that that was the name of the Brewery. They also called it Dog days of summer. Best day for me to ever go was last night. Everyone brought their dogs and there were dog treats and toys for them. I brought my shihtzu Mocha Coconut, got to play with some other fur friends and tried some beer. I tried Stacy's beer(Lost Coast Saison #331) which was like a dry wine flavor. I tried a Horchata beer(Cigar City Horchata Nitro). OH my god, I could drink that real slow because I loved the creamy frothy texture and couldn't believe how much it tasted like horchata. I drank a hard root beer(Small Town's Not Your Father's Root Beer)that was really good and tasted like root beer. I so wanted a root beer float at that time. I am definitely getting a cider flight next time I come. If you look at their menu online, you will see that their selection just keeps going and going and going. They also have a good sized menu by the bar, and a bunch of beers listed on their board. It was a nice cozy set up. I actually didn't feel like it was so dreadfully loud that we could not converse. In the back, they had a couch and games like darts. I like it, and I'm also excited that my dog can be inside. Can't wait to go back and meet with the beer connoisseur Greek Goddess and Beer Lovin' Rhymin' Reviewer!

Loved this place! I'm not a beer girl but enjoyed the lighter brew available! Great place to hang out, low key causal and very urban! The games available (shuffleboard, darts and pax man) to clients is a plus and makes the environment enjoyable! Bar tender was polite and on top of his game! I would definitely go back

I had a few spare Groupon Bucks and saw a deal for two flights of beers for $14, so we decided to stop in. The Pint and Brew is located off of Tampa Road, beside the Mystic Fish restaurant. We were told that we could order food from there and have it brought in, but it was our anniversary so this was just a short stop before our big dinner plans. There was a large shuffleboard table at the back of the bar and you could help yourself to the popcorn maker near the front door. We were one of only two groups of patrons since the bar had just opened and the bartender made plenty of time to explain the menu and offer her expertise as we chose the beers for our flights. My flight consisted of: 1. 7venth Sun Grafiti Orange - wasn't the best.. didn't really taste anything like creamsicle, as the description stated. 2. Three Palms Cherry Lime Florida Weisse - a little sour, but didn't taste much like cherry or lime to me. Maybe because I just tried Rekorderlig Strawberry Lime (which is amazing)? 3. Two Henry's Biltmore Blueberry Vanilla Wheat - loved this one! I love this brewery and hadn't tried this beer yet but I will certainly be getting it again. 4. Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose - my favorite of the bunch. A sour wheat ale that is reminiscent of a lemonade, if you ask me! Considering the fact that the day before, we had gone to a brewery and paid $6.00 for the same amount of beer, I would not recommend this. If you have a discount like the Groupon we have, it is worth a try.

My girlfriend and I went to the Pint and Brew with a Groupon for our anniversary. We each got a flight of four beers and paid $14, which was half off. I think $14 for a flight of beer is outrageous considering how cheap you can get them at other breweries and bars. There was a good selection of a lot of local beers, including Cigar City and Two Henrys. The best beer I had in my flight was Big Storm Wavemaker, a great amber ale. I also had the chance to try Weyerbacher Quad- an 11.8% dark ale which was surprisingly good for such a high alcohol percentage. The bartender was nice and checked in on us frequently. There weren't a lot of customers at opening on a Sunday, so she made sure to consistently make her rounds. I doubt we will return to the Pint and Brew since the prices are steep for the quality and distance from us. If we lived closer and had another Groupon, there's a chance we would go back.

This a place to go where everyone will know your name..Bartender Micheal was helpful..they have a wide variety of beer..great place to go.

I found this bar because of its rating on yelp and it's draft selection. After sitting at the bar I was immediately acknowledged by Michael who was incredibly nice and helpful. They had multiple ciders on draft among a lot of other wonderful beers. I had a flight and discovered beers I had never tried before, I was not disappointed. Every beer I had was great. Also the atmosphere was very relaxed which is something I look for in a new bar.

This place is fantastic. Michael the bartender is awesome and very friendly... The beer is amazing. Such a fantastic variety and I don't even need to travel a mile to get here. Free popcorn a plus with all the things and shuffleboard as wellness dartboard, which I could play all night long. Funky Buddha was awesome as well as the nine to five brown beer. Yum. My wife and I love this place and we will definitely be regulars. Love it. Recommend for any serious beer drinkers.

The Pint & Brew is a fine little bar. Lots of craft beers, with 20 or so Florida brands on tap. You get a sense that they really aim to support the locals companies. Our bartender was Tiffany, and she was as pleasant as can be during our 30-40 minute stay. I ordered a Kasteel Triple from Belgium, which can in a 25 ounce bottle. Took me a while to chug down that bad boy, especially at 11% ABV. I even shared a glass with the couple sitting next us, who had no idea what a triple was. Had to enlighten them! They do not have food at P&B, but they do allow places to deliver. One of which is Mystic Fish next door. Order it up, and they will walk it over. Simple as that, and they're food is divine. If I lived in the area, I'd probably be a regular, but I don't. Therefore, I will probably only belly up to their bar when I'm dinning next door at the fish.

The Pint and Brew is a Craft Beer lovers dream. More crafty choices than you could possibly want.....and all the popcorn you can consume while your chatting up your buds at this great local spot. This place is small, but full of local Palm Harbor Charm. The barkeep is friendly and he knows his beer. It was no problem to get a few tastes of some of the more exotic stuff I haven't tried, and you can find plenty of choices from both local and national craft breweries. It wasn't very busy on the Friday night I was there....and I'm not sure if they are staffed to handle a full bar, but I'll be back.

I had this place on my radar for awhile. I wanted to stop in because I saw they have a shuffleboard table, which we were driving all the way to cigar city to play. Interior is nice. Clean, bright, and industrial....typical of the newer brew pubs these days. The bartender was very good. She was friendly and helped us decide which beers we wanted. After a thrilling game of shuffleboard we decided to play trivia (which they have every Wednesday night). It's free and fun and the winnig time got a $25 giftcard. Although they don't have food there is a popcorn maker which was addicting. Or you can order apps (or a full meal for that matter) from mystic fish next door. I would give this place 5 stars, but I think some of the beers were a $1 or 2 too expensive. I know it's nitpicky, but just thought I'd throw that out there. All in all we had a good night and I will definitely be back!

We were deciding our last stop of the night before heading home and decided to try The Pint and brew. There is selection of (limited) outdoor and (plenty) indoor seating. There were fewer people than i expected for a Friday night . The first thing i noticed was how clean it looked, the decor behind the bar (metalic grey chevron and solid crimson on the bottom) which i loved, the shuffleboard and the amazing music (which i admit i Shazam'd a couple of songs). I originally wanted to order a flight because i was undecided (so many options) but then we just went for the Imperial Red and Key Lime Ale. I wanted to try some of the ones mentioned in the review but they weren't available. The bartender was engaging and we talked about sports in Puerto Rico, Canada and Florida. The girls bathroom was clean and nicely lit. I asked my fiance how the mens bathroom was out of curiosity....to which he responded it has 4 walls, a toilet, a sink and it was clean, which is a plus! We had good beers, good laughs and it was a good end to a good evening. I would definitely return !

I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really didn't know what to expect. But like I said I was presently suprised, they have a great selection of craft beers from around Florida, and many of them are on tap. They also have two restaurant (from the shopping center) that have menus if you need some food. Genius when you think about it, I'm not a big fan of the "House of Beers" that don't have food. I would go back if I am looking for a change from the breweries in the area.

This was our second pitstop while motorcycling around town on a beautiful day. We noticed this as a new place and we're excited to try it out - hoping for some grub and good beer. Great selection of beers! Only grub was the free popcorn. For entertainment there's large screen TVs, darts, and shuffleboard. Nice little local dive and personable staff. I hope they add some easy appetizers so they'll stay in business.

Love it! My husband and I have very opposite tastes and this place gives us both plenty to love. SO many beer options as well as ciders, wine and soda. Free popcorn with yummy seasonings! Can't wait to come back.

CLEAN! Sometimes when you go into a bar you can get that ick feeling just come over you, this is not the case at The Pint and Brew. There is a wide selection of beer so you can find something for every different type of person! Bathrooms are a big thing, (can't speak for the men's room obviously) but the women's room is very clean and has good lighting as to not hide maybe some dirtiness. Easy location, right off Tampa road between 19 and McMullen. I would suggest this bar to someone looking around in the Palm Harbor area. And free popcorn inside! With quite a few toppings! Yummy!

Plenty of crafts beers from all types of individuals. I personally recommend the pineapple beer which I tasted this past weekend. That's if of course you like sweet beers, its 5% alcohol and very tasty! Great atmosphere, and friendly bartenders. They do close at 11pm on the weekends which is unfortunate but it doesn't stop us from going. Give it a try!

This place is magic. It offers the best of Florida breweries, near and far. I highly recommend sampling a beer or 6. Mike and Laurel are excellent bartenders and keep the drinks and conversation coming. Please visit Pint and Brew at least once and I assure you, you'll go back again and again. Mike and Laurel are the nicest people and they know their shit about beers!

Phenomenal and vast beer selection. You can also order food from the excellent adjacent restaurants with recommended beer pairings! Play some shuffle board or watch the games on one of the flat screens located throughout. Will soon be a local staple for sure!

Palm Harbor could use a place (and many more in my opinion) like this one around here. We need some fun places to help offset the retirement communities and shuffleboard courts. Palm harbor has a good amount of younger people itching for more South Tampa'ish types of fun, minus that needless snootiness you soho's tend to bring. The Pint and Brew is just that. It a fun, nice and clean environment with a great beverage selection. They even have wines and ciders for the non beer drinkers. They are nestled in a great little location, next to the Mystic Fish. The staff is very friendly and they know a thing or two about the beverages they serve. It is a nice pub environment in a place that needed one very badly. I enjoyed the place, enjoyed that it is literally across the street from home and will certainly be referring and bring friends along as well. Good stuff!

This is a great place for craft beer. All the draughts are from Florida breweries and also include a few from a different state which rotates each month. This month is Georgia. It's a great concept in an area that really needs a cool bar with awesome beer. They also have a shuffleboard table, so fun! The bar has great decor, plenty of seating and a very comfortable neighborhood bar feel. If you are hungry order from Mystic Fish or Postiano's in the same plaza for great food. Looking forward to my next visit

Awesome neighborhood bar. The beer selection is superb and they have a few wines in case you drag along a non beer drinker. The atmosphere is trendy and smoking is outside only so you can enjoy your beer without getting lung cancer. They have a shuffle board table and you can order food in from Mystic Fish and Positano's. Both have very good food. Check this place out!

Nice selection of local craft beers. Staff not too knowledgeable. She had to look at menu to answer questions. I can read the menu. Their flights are ridiculously overpriced at $18 for 4 - 4 ounce samples and nowhere near competitive with the other craft beer establishments in the area. Bottom line, it's OK but there are better options nearby.

Great new bar off Tampa Rd with rotating Florida specific craft beer selections. Many are hard to find and unique, like Funky Buddha from Ft Lauderdale. I have been several times since their opening and appreciate the bartender's, mainly Michael, knowledge and passion for locally crafted beer, as well as the inviting, clean environment. Definitely a beer lovers go-to spot.

Great addition to the neighborhood. 20 Florida craft beers on tap, knowledgable staff that always offers samples, clean tasteful decor. And since they don't serve food you can bring your dog inside!

Stopped in for a nightcap after Mystic Fish. Great beer selection, very chill atmosphere, friendly bartender. Not one of your all-too-common hipster brew-bars. Check it out!

I don't give many 5 star reviews but this place really charmed me. I'm traveling on vacation from Atlanta and checking out new breweries and brew pubs in the area. I found a beer-related Groupon for this place and decided to take advantage of the discount but what I discovered was way better than the $ I saved. First of all, their beer menu is beautifully written and the beers are diverse and very accurately described. Their flights were extensive and interesting but best of all was the service! The bartender was really personable despite the bar being so busy. He joked around with my elderly mom and made her feel at home in a bar full of twenty-somethings, now that's talent. Oh, and he really knew his sh*t when it came to beer!

This place has quickly become one of my favorite places to hang out. They always have some of best picks of Florida Brews on tap at all times. I love that the staff here knows about beers. The last couple of times I've been here I've had Laurel. She has a great personality, funny, and knows her stuff. If I ever have a question about a beer, it's always been answered very informatively or if they didn't have a beer I wanted, she knew exactly which beers to have me sample, to help lead me into the right direction. That's always a Plus. Yes, that should be a given, but trust me, I've been places where the bartender serving could not give me suggestions or info. Not the case here. This place is very clean inside, plenty of seats at the bar where I love to sit, and the counter is so spacious. Pint & Brew does not offer food, but u can always order from Mystic Fish next door and they will deliver to u. The menu is on the bar if you're interested. If not, u can help yourself to complimentary popcorn from the popcorn machine located by the front door.
